With farm-to-table approach, we implement the zero-waste concept by supporting local suppliers, using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients and focusing on sustainable food practices.

Fondly named after our beloved neighbour and one of the most significant suppliers of authentic Istrian produce, Luciano introduces Istrian gastronomy to our discerning guests. The menu emphasizes local stars such as truffles, cheeses and award-winning oil and wines, while flirting with creative cuisine. Our walk-in wine cellar features over 600 labels, from indigenous sorts to international favourites.
