Set in the heart of idyllic Istrian inland, San Canzian Hotel & Residences is where nature, heritage and subtle luxury intertwine. Arising from the mediaeval village of only three inhabitants, it was entirely revamped in 2019 with 26 rooms, suites and villas. Remains of the St Cantianus chapel found in the close vicinity served as an inspiration for the name, while the design honours traditional Istrian architecture and culture.
The story continues with the new extension coming in 2026, featuring 34 villas & residences and array of amenities such as the Clubhouse, wine cellar, cigar bar, al fresco dining, library, spa, wellness with indoor pool, fitness and grand outdoor pool. Deeply rooted in local heritage and tradition, San Canzian is a timeless retreat with authentic Istrian flair.
